We recommend beginning the planning process 10–14 months before your event date whenever possible.
This timeline allows us to thoughtfully curate your vendor team, design the overall experience, and ensure the details come together with care and intention.
However, depending on the scope of the celebration, we are sometimes able to support events with shorter timelines.

This range allows us to thoughtfully design an elevated experience that includes a curated vendor team, refined design elements, and an environment that feels both seamless and memorable.
